               Not all wool is created equal. Merino Wool comes from Merino sheep, prized for producing some of the finest, softest fibres in the world - and it's the reason why our scarves feel so different from anything scratchy or heavy you might expect from traditional wool.

              Merino Wool vs. Cashmere vs. Synthetic Scarves

               Cashmere is beautifully soft, but it's delicate: prone to pilling, easily damaged by friction, and needs careful handling to last. Merino Wool offers a comparable softness with far more durability, making it better suited for everyday wear.

               Synthetic scarves (like polyester or acrylic) are often cheaper, but they don't breathe the way natural fibres do, leaving you clammy rather than warm, and prone to static. They are also typically made from non-renewable materials and shed microplastics with every wash, something that Merino Wool simply doesn't do. They also retain odours and need to be washed often.
